Description

Due to http://openjdk.java.net/jeps/223, Java 9 has change it format for java.version, this causes issue but has been fixed in the latest version of plexus-archiver.

Have patch and will raise pull request.

Fixing the plugin also unblocks building junit and testng, plus probably every other maven project using Java 9.
