Revert MJAVADOC-165 and default to platform encoding

    Description

      According to the user poll about the default file encoding, this should be the platform default encoding which suggests to revert the changes made for MJAVADOC-165. Since that would be a breaking change it is left to users to vote for this issue if they feelt it's worth to have it back.
