Description

mvn install:install-file -Dfile=... -DpomFile=test.pom

fails on the test.pom

  <groupId>org.apache.maven.its.install.test</groupId>
  <artifactId>parent</artifactId>
  <version>1.0</version>
</parent>

<artifactId>test</artifactId>

with
