Alert Escalation Not Consistent in Alerts UI

    Description

      If I escalate an alert by opening the alert in the side panel, then clicking "ESCALATE" on the status "cross", the UI issues a patch, following by an escalate request. This seems correct.

      If I escalate an alert by selecting one or more alerts in the table, then click on ACTIONs > Escalate, only a patch request is submitted. There does not seem to be a call to escalate.
