Description

There are a lot of moving parts to Metron. This is why the MPack is such a valuable feature. In some cases when installing Metron with the MPack, the install will appear to succeed and Ambari shows "Green" for Metron. Instead, one of the many installation steps has silently failed and Metron is not healthy.

To help improve on this, the service check functionality should be enhanced so that if the service check succeeds, Metron is truly 'healthy'. The service check needs to handle both traditional and kerberized installs.
