Description

As a first step in allowing discrete Metron bundles to be published by those who wish to do so, provide a manual script or interactive management option, that uses maven commands to fetch a bundle by its coordinates, and place it in a pre-registered ExtensionsDirectory.

• This script needs to authenticate the user and require administrative privileges.
• Wouldn't be a bad idea to configure it to use an AV scanner service, if specified at config time.

Note while this feature is related to METRON-1100, it is not dependent upon it. This feature is useful even if newly obtained bundles only become usable after the next restart.
