Description

Now that v 4.5.4 is about release, we should update our wiki to have examples of how to instantiate DataContext objects using the new DataContextFactoryRegistry and related classes.

I imagine that we create one wiki page for each type of DataContext, such as CsvDataContext, JdbcDataContext, ExcelDataContext etc. That way we also have a space for documenting other special aspects of those implementations. And it's long been a wish that we have more documentation on the specifics anyway ... so let's go!
