    Description

      Following discussion amongst the community, it seems better for frameworks to perform operation reconciliation the same way we do task state reconciliation: a reconciliation request from the scheduler should trigger an asynchronous stream of operation status updates on the scheduler's event stream, rather than a synchronous HTTP response which contains all updates.
