The balloon-executor currently requires the ability to mlock large amounts of memory in order to prevent swapping. Since the amount of memory users can mlock is controlled by a rlimits this can make it harder than needed to run this executor as an unprivileged user.
It should at least be possible to drop the mlock'ing completely if the host system uses no swap.
