Description
Currently, we only expose resource utilization information in a per-agent endpoint. Ideally, users could see global (cross-agent) resource utilization information in the UI (for example, this would be useful in the 'Roles' tab).
In order to provide such functionality, agents would need to send periodic resource utilization information to the master (possibly hijacking the heartbeat message). This would negatively impact scalability, so we would need to carefully minimize how much information we send and ensure that this does not overwhelm the master.
This effort would need to be transformed into an epic, and a design doc is warranted.
