Description

Boost emits the following warning when its included in our build:

> Unknown compiler version - please run the configure tests and report the results

It's not a bug, and it doesn't break anything. But it's annoying. And it's still in 1.65.0, but will be fixed in 1.65.1. It's just due to an out-of-date configuration file detecting the MSVC version (in this case, VS 2017).
