    Description

      Currently, the replicated log is not configurable, which means once the size of a quorum has been decided (e.g. 2), we cannot change that. The need for reconfigurable replicated log comes from two scenarios:
      1) To survive disk failures.
      2) Allow us to add/remove replica dynamically without stopping the scheduler.
