[MESOS-5064] Remove default value for the agent `work_dir`

Description

Following a crash report from the user we need to be more explicit about the dangers of using /tmp as agent work_dir. In addition, we can remove the default value for the --work_dir flag, forcing users to explicitly set the work directory for the agent.
