Description

Many of the tests in Mesos could be described as integration tests, since they have external dependencies on kernel features, installed tools, permissions, etc. I'd like to be able to generate a mesos-tests RPM along with my mesos RPM so that I can run the same tests in different deployment environments.

I propose a new configuration option named --enable-test-tools that will install the tests into libexec/mesos/tests. I'll also need to make some minor changes to tests so that helper tools can be found in this location as well as in the build directory.
