Description

I wrote a benchmark that can be used to demonstrate the performance issues addressed in MESOS-3052, MESOS-3051, MESOS-3157 and MESOS-3075. The benchmark simulates a number of frameworks that start declining all offers once they reach the limit of work they need to do.
