Description

Mesos Jenkins build script needs to be reworked to support the following:

• Wider test coverage (libevent, libssl, root tests, Docker tests).
• More OS/compiler Docker images for testing Mesos.
• Excluding tests on per-image basis.
• Reproducing the test image locally.
