Tasks area in UI shows no information

    Description

      I've started up a fresh Mesos 0.23.0 cluster on private hardware. In the UI, the "Tasks" section has no information for "staged", "started", "finished", etc.

      There are tasks running, tasks that have failed etc. The rest of the UI is populated and updating as expected.
