Description

Each release we add new flags and modify existing flags. Sometimes the configuration.md doc is updated by those making the changes, but the release manager inevitably ends up making a pass to look for new flags that were not added to the doc. It would be great if this was an automated process so the release manager could just run a script to update configuration.md, or at least check for missing flags.
