Description
When I go to: https://maven.apache.org/enforcer/maven-enforcer-plugin/ there are links to the user mailing list (https://maven.apache.org/enforcer/maven-enforcer-plugin/mail-lists.html), issue tracking (https://maven.apache.org/enforcer/maven-enforcer-plugin/issue-tracking.html), and source code (https://maven.apache.org/enforcer/maven-enforcer-plugin/source-repository.html) but they all result in 'Page Not Found'.
Can fix all these broken links and also audit the links on all the other pages throughout the project wiki to see if any others are broken in a similar way.
