Description

We are developing our own Maven plugins in my company, so we use SNAPSHOT versions for these plugins while we are developing them.

Last time we released a version of an artifact that uses this plugin, we accidentally forgot to release the maven plugin first.

I would expect the "Require Release Dependencies" to fail in such situation or have another Standard Rule to prevent that...
