Eclipse doesn't accept absolute path in .classpath (clone)

    Description

      Re-opening the issue MECLIPSE-629, as it is still present in maven-eclipse-plugin v2.10.

      The attached project generates the following in classpath: <classpathentry kind="src" path="D:/parent/shared/config" excluding="*/.java"/> however Eclipse complains with Project 'test-jar' is missing required source folder: 'D:/parent/shared/config' (provided that attached parent.zip is unpacked to D:).
