When using output directory (-Declipse.workspace=), links to non-source folders and files to be created

    Description

      When running mvn -Declipse.workspace=/home/user/workspace, my webapp module did not get a link created to src/main/webapp. At a minimum, well known maven folders should be checked for and links added.
