[MDEPLOY-50] deploy:deploy fails without distributionManagment despite altDeploymentRepository being specified

Description

Despite deployementRepository being an optional parameter, for whatever reason, the deploy mojo fails to execute without the distributionManagement tag, even if altDeployementRepository is specified. The output of a failed execution is attached. Once the distributionManagment tag is provided, it is ignored as expected.
