Description
I believe the issue I'm having is within the dependencies plugin, specifically within resolve.
Two jar projects have the same parent pom.
The 2nd jar depends upon the 1st jar.
If I don't install the parent pom in to the local repo the 2nd jar project fails as it says it can't find the parent pom of the 1st project. But the 2nd project has the dependency that is failing as it's parent pom, the exact same groupId:artifactId:version, and is correctly specified in relativePath.
