Improve unit tests of "RandomGeneratorAbstractTest"

    Description

      As of current, the following unit tests

      • testDoubleDirect()
      • testFloatDirect()

      are buggy (see MATH-1313).

      It was suggested to replace those with a check that the values are actually distributed uniformly.
