Description
To get people to involve in the development of a GitHub project,
we need to show the constant development is happening at the time.
Currently, since we use develop branch for modification and only merge back to master once in a while for release, I believe it will be better if we set develop branch as our default branch.
To do this, we will need to ask INFRA team to help us with this.
