Description

EntityTagUtils is a helper class to avoid a bug in Resteasy that causes weak EntiyTags to be parsed wrong.

The bug (and a patch) was reported upstream to Resteasy and included in 3.0.7-Final.

After 3.0.7-Final is released and updated in Marmotta, the EntityTagUtils can be removed.
