In the source-tree, we have multiple LICENSE and NOTICE files.

I'm pretty sure, these are too many! L&N in the root are a must, those in mamotta-installer and ldpath-backend-linkeddata are there for the binary distribution packages. Also marmotta-webapp is a binary distribution package, so there should be also L&N (but, to stay aligned, with .txt extension)

The other ones are redundant.
