Description

ant package does not copy the hadoop-0.21.0-dev-capacity-scheduler.jar under HADOOP_HOME/build/hadoop-mapred-0.21.0-dev/contrib/capacity-scheduler/.

Till yesterday it was copying it properly. Issue seems to be pointing to the latest checkin of MAPREDUCE-776, which changes build.xml.
