job -kill-task <task-id>] and -fail-task <task-id> are not task-ids they are attempt ids

Right now, bin/hadoop job show soptions as

-kill-task <task-id> and
-fail-task <taskid>

These two are confusing as task attempt id and not task ids should be provioded to kill them.

These help messages have to be changed.
