History viewer on web UI should filter by job-id also

    Description

      Job-id is the most famous handle to a job and there should be easier ways of hunting down a job from the history web viewer. Currently, filtering is supported to be based on job name and job owner's name. Job-id is a necessary addition to the list of filters.
