Description

we have many mapreduce applications without reduce task, and we found a lot of  Cannot assign container Container: maps.isEmpty=true information in MRAppMaster log, they are unused containers  in scheduledRequests.assign and released by RM,  and MRAppMaster will hang 2 mimute at getResource ,i doubt if it's inconsistent between ask and maps?
