Description

I observed that the close method of the RawKeyValueIterator returned from MergeManager is not called.

Which will cause resource leaks for RawKeyValueIterator implementation which depends on the RawKeyValueIterator.close for doing cleanup when finished.

Some other places in MapTask also not follow the convension to call RawKeyValueIterator.close after use it.
