Yarn app stuck in KILL_WAIT state

    Description

      Last night I killed an MR2 app using "hadoop job -kill". This morning I noticed it's still running, but in "KILL_WAIT" state with no tasks running.

          Bug - A problem which impairs or prevents the functions of the product. MAPREDUCE-3240 NM should send a SIGKILL for completed containers also
