[MAPREDUCE-2397] Allow user to sort jobs in different sections (Completed, Failed, etc.) by the various columns available

Description

It would be nice (IMHO) to be able to sort the tables on the jobtracker.jsp page by any column (jobID would be most logical at first) so that one could eliminate scrolling all of the time. Perhaps also have the page save the user's sorting preferences per table too.
