Per task memory usage stats from TaskMemoryManager on mapred web ui

      Description

      It would be good to have per-task memory usage statistics from the TaskMemoryManager displayed on the web ui as the task progresses on. This would make it easy for users to (roughly) track their tasks' memory usage.
