      Description

      MAPREDUCE-777 deprecated some APIs which are still being used by the examples. This issue is to fix the examples so they use the replacements.

        I think that it was a mistake to deprecate the old API. I propose that we close this as a duplicate of MAPREDUCE-1456.

        The constructors were deprecated in favour of a factory-style interface, for a use case described here. The factory-style interface is a more future-proof API in this case.

        Looked at the patch. Changes look fine.
        Example Sort still calls deprecated api from DistributedCache (MAPREDUCE-898). DistributedCache.addCacheFile() and DistributedCache.createSymlink() can be replaced with corresponding calls in Job.
