    Description

      mapreduce.reduce.shuffle.read.timeout has a value of 30,000 (30 seconds) in mapred-default.xml, whereas the default value in Fetcher code is 3 minutes.
      It should be 3 minutes by default, as it was in pre MAPREDUCE-353.
