Handle reads with higher prio then writes

    Description

      When jackrabbit write to the jcr tree it completly lock the tree. So even reads are blocked. That make it nearly impossible to access a Mailbox on heavy delivery. We should add some kind of mechanismn to hande reads with higher prio
