Description

Message depends a lot on a mailbox, following closely imap design.
But there are extensions to imap that need to access or search a Message outside of its mailbox context. It's also the case of Jmap protocol where a message is a first-class entity and can be associated to several mailboxes.

We can try to model this mailbox independence in mailbox api design.

Sub-Tasks

• Message should have a MessageId: Closed
• Message should match the rfc2822 message concept and MailboxMessage should handle everything else: Closed
• Cassandra must provide a UUID as MessageId: Closed
