Description

FileWindow is a small class used to pass around memory mapped regions: it
contains a buffer, and offset, and a length. It is unusual among Lucy classes
in that it allows direct access to its member variables (for efficiency).
However, by convention, other classes will never assign to those members
directly but call setters.
