Description

Maintaining a MANIFEST file keeps Module::Build at maximum happiness, but it
takes too much effort. Better to remove it from the repository and generate
it when the distribution tarball is built.

Calling "./Build distclean" will complain, because it calls
"./Build distcheck" which expects a manifest file. As a substitute, run
"./Build realclean", which is distclean minus distcheck.
