Description

In Perl 5.15.6, the perlapi macro to_utf8_lower() does not work
properly because it depends on an alias which is not getting defined. This
causes the current implementation of Lucy::Analysis::CaseFolder to break.

We can work around the problem for now by providing the missing #define.
