Description

Port of the Java Spatial Contrib project.

I've included a test for the Cartesian Filter.
This test only has 20 records, but I have tested the search over 50,000 records over a 1000 mile radius, this resulted in 26,331 results taking only 0.218s!!

I've attached a zip of the project as well as a patch file
