[LUCENE-9260] Verify checksums of CFS files?

Description

While CFS files write checksums in their footer, we never validate these checksums. Can we verify them in LeafReader#checkIntegrity?

This checksum is a bit redundant with the checksums of the files that are stored in the CFS file, but I'd rather verify some bytes multiple times than have checksums that never get verified?
