[LUCENE-9144] Error message on OneDimensionBKDWriter is wrong when adding too many points

Description

The error message for the 1D BKD writer when adding too many points is wrong because:

1) It uses pointCount (which is always 0 at that point) instead of valueCount

2) It concatenate the numbers as a string instead of adding them.
