Minor Description
Now that FSTs can be loaded off-heap (https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/LUCENE-8635) it would be nice to expose this option in the completion suggester postings format. I didn't ran any benchmark yet so I can't say it this really makes sense or not but I wanted to get some opinion whether this could be a good trade-off.
