Description

Mike's nightly benchmarks revealed that disabling hit counts slowed down nested boolean queries http://people.apache.org/~mikemccand/lucenebench/AndHighOrMedMed.html http://people.apache.org/~mikemccand/lucenebench/AndMedOrHighHigh.html.

We are probably not propagating max scores and/or blocks efficiently.
