TestSwedishLightStemFilter fails on J9

    Description

      Doesn't reproduce. I was running tests with -Dtests.slow=true -Dtests.asserts=false and hit it.

      Probably need to do a loop like this under analysis/common: rm -rf .caches + ant test -Dtests.asserts=false to get something that might reproduce with a master seed.
