Major Description
When working on LUCENE-6124, i had to force FSDirectory in my test to find bugs.
for performance reasons, no IndexInput/Outputs are doing any checks like ensureOpen when reading and writing data, but MockDirectoryWrapper needs to do this so that tests can find bugs.
